Creative Women began as a single Forum and has grown into a year-round platform for women who lead — founders, executives, investors and creatives who use their influence to open doors for one another. In Saudi Arabia, that means panels and workshops in Riyadh, a mentorship track pairing rising leaders with women further along, and a calendar of gatherings built around one idea: careers move faster in the right room, with the right people.
Why we exist.
We exist so no woman with ambition has to build her network alone.
Every Forum, mentorship pairing and chapter meet-up is designed around three things: real introductions, honest conversation about what it takes to lead, and follow-through long after the event ends.
In strategic alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 set a target of raising women's labour-force participation to 30 percent — and reached it years ahead of schedule. Creative Women's Saudi programme is built to keep that momentum going: convening women across sectors, pairing local leaders with an international network, and working alongside the Ministry of Culture and founding partners to back the Kingdom's wider push for economic diversification and women's leadership in business, culture and the creative economy.
